Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using EyeTea ("the Service"), operated by EyeTea, Inc. ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EyeTea is an AI-powered IT operations platform that connects to your existing MDM and PSA tools to assist with device diagnostics, ticket management, and IT workflow automation.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@eyetea.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to manage devices or systems you do not have authorization to manage.
  • Attempt to bypass human-approval controls on destructive actions.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without written permission.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you provide to or generate through the Service. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to operate and improve the Service. We will not use your data to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

6. Integration Access

When you connect third-party integrations (Addigy, HaloPSA, etc.), you authorize EyeTea to access those platforms on your behalf using the credentials you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary permissions to grant this access.

7. AI-Generated Actions

The Service uses AI to suggest and execute IT actions. While we implement safeguards including human-approval requirements for destructive operations, you acknowledge that AI outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving actions before they are executed on your infrastructure.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services, network issues, or force majeure events.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EyeTea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
