1. Information We Collect

When you use EyeTea, we collect:

  • Account information: name, email address, and profile picture provided by your OAuth provider (Google).
  • Organization data: organization name, member roles, and integration configurations you provide.
  • Usage data: session logs, agent interactions, and diagnostic results generated through the platform.
  • Device data: information retrieved from your connected MDM and PSA platforms during agent sessions.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and operate the EyeTea platform.
  • To execute AI-assisted IT diagnostics on your behalf.
  • To communicate with your connected integrations (Addigy, HaloPSA, etc.).
  • To send transactional emails related to your account.
  • To improve the platform and fix bugs.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with:

  • Anthropic: agent session content is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. Anthropic does not train on API inputs.
  • Infrastructure providers: Vercel (hosting), MongoDB Atlas (database), and other service providers under data processing agreements.
  • Your integrations: data is exchanged with MDM/PSA platforms you explicitly connect.

4. Data Retention

Agent session data is retained for 90 days by default. Account data is retained for the duration of your account. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@eyetea.ai.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Analytics, if enabled, use privacy-respecting tools that do not track individual users across sites.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also request a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@eyetea.ai.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
